The things we love and admire most times reveals who we really are. As we identify the things we love, it makes it easier for us to practice them especially when we feel stressed and incompetent to move ahead.

Still got that pen we talked about for our personal interview? πŸ™ƒ Write down each and every moment you remember made you feel awesome or boosted your energy to want to do more.

We ain't talking about hobbies right now, we are talking about those little things you do that bring streams of joy to your heart and boost your energy.

Could be that rush of excitement you felt when you were encouraging that sister yesterday that needed motivation or that moment of joy when you lead the team to achieve a great goal.

It could be enjoying listening to an audio book rather than reading a book or even giving encouragement to someone who need some motivation to get back up. The list goes on and on. It could be anything.

Every single act you can remember that you love, pen it down and this will help you understand what indeed brings out the best in you and hence you can maximize this to achieve greater results.

Doing things we love have a way of boosting our energy and enhancing our creativity.

They are certain things I call my favorite that can sure calm my nerves and boost my mind to relaxation no matter how stressed I am.

One of them is viewing the reflection of the sun on the sea as it sets. This calms and boosts my mind to creative thinking.

Norman Vincent in his book wrote that one way he relives stress is to relax at sunset in a serene calm environment by the sea. This rejuvenates his energy and makes him more effective in task completion.

Apart from the fact that knowing the things you love helps you relieve stress, it helps you discover little things which if more attention is given to could make such a great impact in your llife.
